Limo & Transport for Rod Laver Arena Concerts
Melbourne's main arena for touring acts — dropped at Batman Avenue, collected clear of the Olympic Boulevard crowd.
Year-round — Melbourne Park
Rod Laver Arena is the room every major touring artist plays in Melbourne — 15,000 seats in the Melbourne Park precinct, sharing its access roads with John Cain Arena and Margaret Court Arena. On a big concert night, or during the Australian Open when all three rooms are running, Batman Avenue and Olympic Boulevard fill and the walk-out crowd competes with the Richmond and Jolimont station flows. A chauffeured car drops at the arena and is waiting at an agreed point after the encore, clear of the crush.
The Melbourne Park precinct
Rod Laver shares the precinct with John Cain Arena, Margaret Court Arena and AAMI Park, so a busy night can mean multiple events letting out at once. We drop from the Batman Avenue side and set the pickup point on Olympic Boulevard or back toward Swan Street, clear of the immediate arena exit.
The pedestrian bridge to Birrarung Marr and the CBD carries most of the walk-out crowd — we keep the pickup away from both ends of it.
A night out, not just a lift
For a group, the pickup at home is the start of the night — BYO on board, music, photos — and the car is there again after the show to run everyone on to a bar in the CBD or Richmond rather than ending at the arena.
The car
A Hummer or stretch limousine for a group making a full night of the concert; the executive Mercedes and BMW for a couple or a corporate-hosted show; the classic cars for a premium hospitality arrival.

Rod Laver Arena Concerts Transport FAQs
Where does the car drop us for a Rod Laver Arena concert?
From the Batman Avenue side of Melbourne Park. The pickup afterwards is set on Olympic Boulevard or back toward Swan Street, clear of the arena exit and the footbridge to Birrarung Marr.
Is the precinct busier during the Australian Open?
Yes — during the Open, Rod Laver, John Cain Arena and Margaret Court Arena can all be running at once, so the access roads and the walk-out crowds are heavier. We plan the pickup around that.
Can the car take us out after the concert?
Yes — the car is there after the encore to run the group on to a bar in the CBD or Richmond. The night does not have to end at the arena.
